Beetroot, carrot idli

Who wants beetroot, carrot idli

Healthy , attractive , tasty

Ingredients
2 cup suji
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon oil
1 pinch hing
1 tea spoon mustard seeds
1 tea spoon chana dal
5 curry leaves
1 carrot grated
1 beetroot grated
1/2 tea spoon eno

Steps
1. Take suji, add salt, grated veggies.

2. Add butter milk n rest of water to make thick batter.

3. Keep rest for 15 minutes.
4. Heat oil . Crack mustard seeds. Add hing, curry leaves, chana dal.

5. When dal colour changes turn off gas and pour this to batter.

6. Mix well .
7. Add eno and pour this batter to idli Mould.

8. Microwave for 4 minutes or steam for 15 minutes.

9.cool and de mould.


10. Idli are ready serve with green chutney.
