Bathua paratha

Ingredients
2 cup wheat flour
1 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon ajwain
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/2 cup boiled and grinded bathua
1/4 cup oil

Steps
1. Take wheat flour 1-3/4. Add all spices.
2. Add boiled ad grinded bathua
3.. Knead dough using water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes take a ball from dough.
5. Roll it.
6. Apply a little oil in between
7. Close it from edges .
8. Roll it like roti . If needed apply dry wheat flour for dusting.
9. Pour this to hot tawa.
10. When one side is cooked flip and cook from other side.
11. Apply one layer oil over paratha on both sides and cook it.
12. Bathua paratha is ready , serve it with achar, butter, or tea.

Chana chaat

Chana chaat
Sometimes we thing what should we make in breakfast which should be healthy and yummy. Here I come with simple recipe which is made from soaked black chana.
Black chana is source of protein and gives calories. So let's try black chana chaat for breakfast.

Ingredients
1 cup black chana
Salt according to taste
Red chilli powder according to taste
1pinch hing.
1 tea spoon jeera
1 tea spoon chana masala
1 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tomato chopped
1 potato boiled
Green coriander for garnishing
1 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon lemon juice.

Method
1 wash and soak chana overnight.
2 Now cook in pressure cooker with little water along with salt and turmeric.
3 take 2-3 whistle.
4 now heat oil in wok.
5 add hing ,jeera.
6 add boiled chana and rest of the spices.
7 mix and cook for 5 minutes.
8 now add lemon juice, tomatoes, potatoes.
9. serve with namkeen.
