Papaya muffins filled with carrot pudding in a catupillu.

For papaya muffins
1/2 cup papaya messed or grinded into paste
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup milk
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 tea spoon baking soda
Some choco chips

For carrot pudding
2 cup carrot grated
1/4 cup sugar or according to taste
1/2  cup fresh cream
1/2 tea spoon cardamon powder
1/4 tea spoon jaifal powder
Chopped dry fruits according to taste.

Method
1. For muffins-Take messed papaya, Add wheat flour.
2. Add milk and make batter.
3. Add sugar, vanilla essence.
4. Add baking powder, baking soda.
5. Pour this batter into muffin moulds.
6. Sprinkle some choco chips.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degree.
7. Cool and de mould.
8. Carefully remove central part of muffins.
9. Keep aside it.
10 for carrot pudding-Cook carrot in microwave for 10 minutes.
11. Now transfer it into wok.
12. Add fresh cream and cook by continue stiring.
13. Now when colour changes and all water dries add sugar, jaifal , cardamom powder.
14. Cook till all sugar melts and it become thik.
14. Now take empty muffins and fill with carrot pudding.
15. Now arrange shape with chocho chips and dry fruits and serve .

Papaya muffins

Made this for my daughter who is 2 years old.
Actually she dont want to eat papaya.
But I am mother, so made wheat flour papaya muffins . And she ate muffins.

Ingredients
1/2 cup papaya messed or grinded into paste

1. Take messed papaya, Add wheat flour.
2. Add milk and make batter.
3. Add sugar, vanilla essence.
4. Add baking powder, baking soda.
5. Pour this batter into muffin moulds.
6. Sprinkle sone choco chips.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degree.

Carrot halwa( Indian carrot pudding)

Want to eat carrot halwa which is Indian pudding , winter special recipe. Everyone lip smack for carrot halwa. There are many ways to make halwa. But I used to make by fresh cream.

Gazar ka halwa
Indian carrot pudding

Ingredients
1kilo carrot
150 gram sugar or according to taste
1 cup fresh cream
1 table spoon ghee
1 tea spoon cardamon powder
1 tea spoon jaifal powder
Chopped dry fruits according to taste.

Method
1. Wash, peel and grate carrot.
2. Cook in microwave at 10 minutes.
3. Now transfer it into wok.
4. Add fresh cream and cook by continue stiring.
5. Now when colour changes and all water dries add sugar, jaifal , cardamom powder.
6. Cook till all sugar melts and it become thik.

7. Now add fry fruits and serve .

Khoya matar paneer

सामग्री
250 ग्राम टमाटर
1छोटी चम्मच कसा हुआ अदरक
1 बड़ी चम्मच मखन
100 ग्राम खोया
100 ग्राम कटा हुआ पनीर
100 ग्राम मटर
1 छोटी चम्मच देगी मिर्च
1/2 छोटी चम्मच नमक
1 छोटी चम्मच कसूरी मेथी
1 चुटकी हींग
2 छोटी चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
1 छोटी चम्मच किचन किंग

विधि
1.  टमाटर में अदरक मिला कर पीस ले।
2. पीसे हुए टमाटर को गाडा होने तक उबाले।
3. अब  बटर, खोया डाले।
4. नमक, देगी मिर्च, एक चुटकी हींग , 2 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर, 1 चम्मच कसूरी मेथी, 1 चम्मच किचन किंग डाल कर पकाये।
5. जरूरत के अनुसार पानी डाल कर उबाल लें।
6. अब  मटर डाल कर उबाल लें।
7. आखिर में  कटा हुआ पनीर डाल कर 5 मिनट ढक कर मंदी आंच में पकाये।

Whole masoor sprouts appe

My innovative dish.

Healthy and tasty as contains nutrition of dal, contains protein .Also nutrition of vegetables.you can add vegetable of your choice. So enjoy yummy taste of appe.

Ingredients
1 cup whole masoor dal
1/2 cup suji
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon mustard seeds
1 pinch hing
1 table spoon oil
4-5 curry leaves
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tea spoon eno

Method
1. Wash and soak dal for 2 hours.
2. Now strain water and tie in cotton cloth and kept aside for 6 to 8 hours so that sprouts will come.
3. Now grind dal along with half cup of water.
4. Add suji and all spices except mustard seeds.
5. Add water and make batter .
6. Soak for 15minutes so that suji will absorb water.
7. Now add all vegetables.
8.now temper, heat oil, add mustard seeds, when it stops cracking add curry leaves . Pour this to batter.
9. Now add 1/2 tea spoon eno.
10. Mix and pour batter to appe pan.
11. Cook from both sides along with little oil if needed.
12. Serve with sauce or green chutney.

Bathua barfi

Today I have come with my innovative dish
Bathuya barfi...
Now all of you will ask how's taste.....So taste is just as bathuya....N for enhancing taste we can add jeera essence or elaichi powder.
And after eating this barfi my son said yummy...Ma aur banana.

Bathuye ki barfi

Ingredients
1 table spoon boiled and grinded bathuya
1/2 cup khoya
1/4 cup sugar
Few drops meera essence
Chopped dry fruits of our choice.

Method
1. Dry the water of boiled bathuya.
2. When water dries add khoya and roast till it become thick.
3. Now add sugar and kewra essence.
4. Cook till it become thick.
5. Now set it in muffin mould or greased plate.
6. Cool and de mould.
7. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.

हरि मिर्च का अचार

राई सौफ का मिर्च का अचार

सामग्री
500 ग्राम मोटी हरि मिर्च
1/2 कप राई
1/4 कप सौफ
2 छोटी चम्मच जीरा
1/4 छोटी चम्मच हींग
1 छोटी चम्मच हल्दी
4 से 5 छोटी चम्मच नमक
2 बड़ी चम्मच निम्बू या सिरका
1 छोटी चम्मच गर्म मसाला
2 छोटी चम्मच मेथी
4 से 5 बाद चम्मच सरसो का तेल

विधि
1. सभी खड़े( साबूत) मसालो को कढ़ाई में 2 मिनट भून कर ठंडा कर पीस ले।
2. अब इसमें बाकी के मसाले भी मिला ले।
3. सरसो के तेल को धुंआ निकलने तक गर्म कर के ठंडा  करे।
4. अब इसमें सारे मसाले मिला दे।
5. साथ ही सिरका या निम्बू का रस भी मिला दे।
6. मिर्च को धो कर सूखा कर बीच मे से चिर कर मसाले भरे।
7. धूप में 5 से 10 दिन के लिए रखे।
8. अचार तैयार है।
