Whole masoor sprouts appe

My innovative dish.

Healthy and tasty as contains nutrition of dal, contains protein .Also nutrition of vegetables.you can add vegetable of your choice. So enjoy yummy taste of appe.

Ingredients
1 cup whole masoor dal
1/2 cup suji
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon mustard seeds
1 pinch hing
1 table spoon oil
4-5 curry leaves
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tea spoon eno

Method
1. Wash and soak dal for 2 hours.
2. Now strain water and tie in cotton cloth and kept aside for 6 to 8 hours so that sprouts will come.
3. Now grind dal along with half cup of water.
4. Add suji and all spices except mustard seeds.
5. Add water and make batter .
6. Soak for 15minutes so that suji will absorb water.
7. Now add all vegetables.
8.now temper, heat oil, add mustard seeds, when it stops cracking add curry leaves . Pour this to batter.
9. Now add 1/2 tea spoon eno.
10. Mix and pour batter to appe pan.
11. Cook from both sides along with little oil if needed.
12. Serve with sauce or green chutney.
