Papaya muffins filled with carrot pudding in a catupillu.

For papaya muffins
1/2 cup papaya messed or grinded into paste
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup milk
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1/4 tea spoon baking soda
Some choco chips

For carrot pudding
2 cup carrot grated
1/4 cup sugar or according to taste
1/2  cup fresh cream
1/2 tea spoon cardamon powder
1/4 tea spoon jaifal powder
Chopped dry fruits according to taste.

Method
1. For muffins-Take messed papaya, Add wheat flour.
2. Add milk and make batter.
3. Add sugar, vanilla essence.
4. Add baking powder, baking soda.
5. Pour this batter into muffin moulds.
6. Sprinkle some choco chips.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degree.
7. Cool and de mould.
8. Carefully remove central part of muffins.
9. Keep aside it.
10 for carrot pudding-Cook carrot in microwave for 10 minutes.
11. Now transfer it into wok.
12. Add fresh cream and cook by continue stiring.
13. Now when colour changes and all water dries add sugar, jaifal , cardamom powder.
14. Cook till all sugar melts and it become thik.
14. Now take empty muffins and fill with carrot pudding.
15. Now arrange shape with chocho chips and dry fruits and serve .
