Beetroot khoya barfi

Ingredients
1/4 cup grated beetroot
1 cup water
1 cup khoya
1/2 cup sugar or according to taste
1 table spoon dessicated coconut
2 drops kewra essence
Few pieces almonds

Steps
1. Boil beetroot in water.
2. Strain it.
3.now add sugar to beetroot water and make 1 string syrup.
4. Add kewra essence to it.
5. Now roast khoya in another wok.
6. Add dessicated coconut into it.
7. Now add beetroot syrup into it .
8. Stir continuously till it become thick.
9. Now pour this to greased plate
10.add almonds over barfi and cool it.
11. Now cut into pieces and serve.
