Churma ladoo

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup suji
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1cup ghee
1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder
Chopped Dry fruits

Method
1. Take wheat flour, suji.
2. Add 1/2 cup ghee.
3. Mix well.
4. Knead puri like dough.
5. Keep rest for 15minutes.
6. Now make balls from dough.
7. Roll like roti and cook from both sides on  hot tawa
8. Cool cooked roti .
9. Grind in mixer.
10. Now roast it in wok or pan by adding rest of the ghee.
11. When good aroma will be there and colour will change add powdered cardamom and chopped dry fruits.
12. Cool at room temperature and add powdered sugar.
13. Now make ladoo from this churma.
14. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
