Baked beetroot balls

Ingredients
Grated beetroot- 1 cup
Suji 1cup
Water 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder-1/2 tea spoon
Hing- a pinch
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Green coriander- 1/2 cup chopped
3 boiled potatoes

Method
1. Boil the water
2. Add suji.
3 .Keep rest for 10 minutes.
4. Now add boiled messed potatoes, green coriander, beetroot, all the spices.
5. Mix well and make dough.
6. Make balls and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
7. Serve hot with green chutni, tomato sauce.
