I have 1 cup approx khichdi in freeze...And
Don't want to eat again . So I turn this khichdi to new version by adding only corn flour for binding and then adding spices . And the result is it finishes in within few minutes.Left over khichdi lollipop
Ingredients
1 cup khichdi
2 table spoon corn flour
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 pinch hing
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
2 tea spoon coriander powder
100 ml oil for frying
Method
1. Mix khichdi and corn flour.
2. Add all spices
3. Knead it without adding water.
4. Make small balls.
5. Dip fry in hot oil at medium flame.
6. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
